Area Service Manager

About the role

The Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced Area Service Manager to lead a team of commercial HVAC technicians across the Texas market. This role will be responsible for driving technician performance, customer satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence while serving as a key leader within a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of commercial HVAC service technicians.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Provide technical and operational support to field teams.
• Conduct performance reviews, training, and ongoing technician development.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Previous Service Manager, Area Manager, Field Supervisor, or similar leadership experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Experience training, mentoring, and developing technicians.
• EPA 608 Certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
