Job Objective
Responsible for attaining area sales goals through training the sales process to new and existing sales staff. Promote the growth of Patio Enclosures, sunrooms, and Stanek window products in all markets. Provide leadership to General Manager in identifying process success and deficiencies in their sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Train the sales process to new and existing sales staff
- Promote the growth of Patio Enclosures, sunrooms, and Stanek window products in all markets
- Identify process success and deficiencies in sales organization
- Establish sales processes to produce “High Performance” sales reps for each location in assigned area
- Hire and train new sales representatives with General Manager to build a strong sales force to meet growth objectives
- Develop company training and education programs
- Contribute to the improvement of sales process
- Prepare action plans for individuals and locations to improve sales performance
- Provide feedback to General Manager regarding branch and individual sales performance
- Ensure General Manager follows sales management best practices
- Recruit, hire, appraise, discipline, and terminate sales personnel
- Communicate and implement company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
- Use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases)
- Influence senior decision-makers
Requirements
- Minimum of ten years of in-home selling to the residential market
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Consultative selling skills
- Staff consulting and relationship building skills
Skills
- Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy
