About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to achieve revenue goals, manage sales strategies, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
- Present sales data and insights to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales or sales management
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving financial objectives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
