Full-Time | Must Be Flexible to Work Across Multiple Locations
Responsibilities
- Help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live as independently as possible
- Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, personal care, hygiene, and household tasks
- Support community outings, appointments, recreation, and personal goals
- Encourage independence, confidence, and skill development
- Administer medications and complete documentation accurately
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
- Advocate for the choices, dignity, and well-being of the people you support
Qualifications
- Experience in a direct care role and working with individuals with disabilities required
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements to become a company driver
- Able to pass a national background check
- Strong reliability and willingness to work across multiple locations as needed
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility needs
