About the role

The Area Manager - Parking Operations role is responsible for multiple locations across their assigned portfolio with oversight for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services, as well as overseeing designated area's teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary leadership and development to your teams.
  • Support and guide supervisors and managers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain lasting, mutually productive client relations and attend client meetings.
  • Review management reports and client statements on a consolidated basis to ensure actual financial results meet both corporate and client budgeted expectations.
  • Analyze performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs, and work with senior managers and/or the corporate office to maximize performance.
  • Prepare annual budgets to ensure proper plans for revenue generation, staff allocation, and operating expenses for the fiscal year.
  • Perform other tasks as developed and assigned by company management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing multiple sites or teams.
  • Experience managing client/account relationships.
  • Comfortable owning a budget or P&L.
  • Flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, occasional weekends).

Qualifications

  • Previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus being a top asset.
  • Progressive management experience with multi-teams front-line employee oversight.
  • Established experience with scheduling and payroll.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required.

Skills and Abilities

  • Proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries.
  • Outstanding operational and financial acumen.
  • Excellent conversational and written communication skills.
  • Able to develop lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and staff.
  • Ready to take on challenges and lead teams to new heights.
  • Education includes a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work experience.
  • Proficient with computers and able to operate revenue control equipment, payroll systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Pay

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience, plus incentive bonus potential.
