About the role

The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple locations across the assigned portfolio. Key responsibilities include managing shuttle fleets, self-parking, valet services, and supervising designated area teams. The role requires exceptional leadership, financial acumen, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary leadership and development to your teams.
• Support and guide supervisors and managers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational needs.
• Develop and maintain lasting, mutually productive client relations and attend client meetings.
• Review management reports and client statements to ensure financial results meet budgeted expectations.
• Analyze performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs, and collaborate with senior managers or corporate office to optimize performance.
• Prepare annual budgets for revenues, staff allocation, and operating expenses for the fiscal year.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by company management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries.
• Outstanding operational and financial acumen.
• Excellent conversational and written communication skills.
• Experience with revenue control equipment, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience, plus incentive bonus potential.
