Area Manager I, Fulfillment

About the role

As the Fulfillment Supervisor at Factor, you will be a key member of the HelloFresh operations team, reporting to the Fulfillment Manager. This role takes a hands-on leadership approach throughout production and fulfillment, building something extraordinary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic operations within receiving, shipping, fulfillment, storage/distribution of goods, and logistics.
• Direct activities and provide coaching and guidance to associates and leads.
• Work alongside the team to ensure maximum productivity and complete company directives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, GMP, and SQF policies/procedures, as well as adherence to PPE/hygiene policies.
• Manage the department engaged in essential warehouse functions (receiving, shipping, and distribution) to ensure high productivity and technical integrity.
• Perform internal audits and address nonconformities from previous audits.
• Create and implement processes and procedures.
• Relay quality philosophy to all warehouse personnel.
• Interact with procurement to ensure adequate supply of inventory and ingredients.
• Follow up on and close pending preventive and corrective action requests.
• Ensure documentation and design controls are appropriate for the organization.
• Assist the management team and provide support as necessary.
• Provide employees with necessary tools, proper training, and corrective direction.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or related management work experience.
• At least 5 years of work experience in a warehouse, combined with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments as a supervisor.
• Experience in technology-driven, developing companies with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay

Arizona Pay Range: $54,600—$58,500 USD.
