StorQuest Assistant Store Manager

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager at StorQuest Self Storage is the first-line representative to customers in the absence of the Store Manager. This position is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of a site, assisting with revenue, delinquency management, occupancy, cleanliness, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist William Warren Properties' customers during some of their most challenging times.
• Manage all aspects of the rental process including converting sales, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance, and guiding customers on their storage journey.
• Perform minor maintenance and custodial duties; clean vacated units on a timely basis.
• Contact vendors for routine maintenance repairs.
• Accurately handle cash, balance receipts, process payments, and deposit funds.
• Inspect stores daily, including lock checks.
• Manage operational activities such as collecting past-due accounts.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed or required.

Requirements

• 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience.
• Tech Savvy is a plus.
• Experience in Cash Handling required.
• Available on weekends.

Pay

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour + Bonus Potential

Schedule

Regular and consistent attendance at the assigned location is required. Work evenings and weekends as needed or required.
