About the role
The Assistant Store Manager is the first-line representative to the William Warren Properties customers in the Store Manager's absence. This position is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of a site and providing assistance to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests during some of their most challenging times.
- Create and provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage all aspects of the rental process including converting a sale, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance, and guiding customers on their awesome journey.
- Manage operational activities such as inspecting the store daily, maintaining cleanliness standards, and performing minor maintenance and custodial duties.
- Contact vendors for routine maintenance repairs.
- Accurately handle cash, balance receipts, process payments, and deposit funds.
Requirements
- 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience.
- Tech Savvy is a plus.
- Experience in Cash Handling required.
- Available on weekends.

Pay
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour + Bonus Potential
Schedule
Regular and consistent attendance at the assigned location is required. Ability to work weekends as needed or required.
