About the role
As an Area Manager at Cosine Italy, you will be responsible for managing a team of Supervisors and Ploom Ambassadors to improve sales performance for the Ploom product line. Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating recruitment, training, and performance management of your team.
- Selecting teams based on channel and territory needs.
- Developing and maintaining customer portfolios to create new business opportunities.
- Setting and monitoring performance goals for your teams.
- Collecting and analyzing data to prepare periodic reports.
- Participating in the development of performance improvement strategies for projects.
Responsibilities
You will be part of a welcoming and stimulating team, coordinating a project related to the heated tobacco product: Ploom. Your role involves:
- Coordinating a team of people on the ground to enhance sales performance for the client's brand.
- Managing and developing teams composed of Supervisors and Ploom Ambassadors.
- Designing, implementing, and overseeing the teams under your supervision.
- Coordinating the work of Supervisor teams within your area.
- Selecting teams based on channel and territory needs.
- Developing customer portfolios to create new business opportunities.
- Setting and monitoring performance goals for your teams.
- Collecting and analyzing data to prepare periodic reports.
- Participating in the development of strategies to improve project performance.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in sales project management. Additional qualifications include:
- Comfortable managing a team and having developed leadership skills.
- A passion for brands and a desire to help them grow.
- The ability to manage your schedule and that of your team.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- A strategic network or extensive local contacts.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- An interest in traveling for work.
