Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers in an assigned area in the facility to ensure quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
- Maintain an open line of communication to engage employees.
- Execute various administrative duties, including but not limited to, safety training, operational audits, and end of shift reporting.
- Monitor employee progress, provide ongoing feedback, identify areas for improvement, and address performance/attendance.
- Conduct pre-sort meetings, keeping employees informed of daily goals, upcoming events, and safety priorities.
- Record and manage the departures/arrivals of and the flow of volume from designated Linehauls.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of industry experience – (ex. logistics, shipping, 3PL) with at least 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office and mathematical skills.
- Effective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- A GED/Diploma required, BA/BS college degree in related discipline preferred.

Pay
The expected starting base pay range for this position is $77,280 - $96,600, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $96,600 - $115,920. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
Schedule
Shift: Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Schedule subject to change based on the needs of the business).

This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.

Washington state employees are eligible for up to 56 hours of paid sick leave annually. The salary range above represents the national range for this position. The salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base salary offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: Geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations.
