Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers in an assigned area in the facility to ensure quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
• Maintain an open line of communication to engage employees.
• Execute various administrative duties, including but not limited to, safety training, operational audits, and end of shift reporting.

Requirements

• GED/Diploma required, BA/BS college degree in related discipline preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of industry experience – (ex. logistics, shipping, 3PL) with at least 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office and mathematical skills.
• Effective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback.
• Experience with hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, and completing performance evaluations for employees.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of industry experience – (ex. logistics, shipping, 3PL) with at least 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience.

Pay

The expected starting base pay range for this position is $59,840 - $74,800, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $59,840- $89,760. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Schedule

Shift(s): PM - Friday to Monday (Schedule subject to change based on the needs of the business).
