Area Manager - Multi UnitLittle Rock, AR | $80,000–$95,000 annually Full-time | Field-based leadershipA confidential automotive service operator is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple locations across Little Rock and Maumelle.This opportunity is suited to a current or recent multi-unit leader who knows how to develop location managers, build reliable teams, and improve business performance. Leaders from quick-service restaurants, multi-unit retail, and automotive services are encouraged to apply. Automotive experience is helpful but not required.You’ll take ownership of your assigned area’s results, work directly with senior operations leadership, and spend most of your time in stores coaching managers and strengthening execution.What You’ll Be DoingLead Store Managers across assigned locations, setting clear expectations and holding them accountable for results.Own area sales, profitability, labor productivity, staffing, and controllable expenses.Review store P&Ls and operating metrics, identify performance gaps, and drive practical improvement plans.Conduct frequent store visits to coach managers, resolve issues, and maintain consistent service and operating standards.Recruit, develop, and retain managers while building a pipeline of future leaders.Strengthen customer experience, safety, inventory controls, and store readiness.What We’re Looking ForFive or more years of progressive operations leadership experience.Demonstrated success directly leading and developing managers across multiple locations.Strong P&L and labor management knowledge, with accountability for business results.Ability to improve performance through manager coaching, staffing decisions, and consistent follow-through.Strong organization, communication, and practical problem-solving skills.Willingness to work throughout Little Rock and Maumelle, travel frequently between stores, and accommodate occasional evenings and weekends.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Preferred BackgroundCurrent or recent District Manager, Area Manager, or comparable multi-unit operations responsibility.Two or more years of multi-unit management in QSR, restaurants, automotive services, or high-volume customer-facing retail.Franchise operations experience.Why This OpportunityOwn performance across an assigned market.Develop managers and help employees advance into leadership.Work directly with senior operations leadership.Apply your multi-unit experience in automotive services without requiring prior automotive expertise.Apply with your resume highlighting the number of locations and managers you’ve directly led, your P&L responsibility, and measurable operating improvements.
