About the role
The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing operations in a designated area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and managing team performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations within the designated area
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Manage and mentor team members to improve performance
- Resolve conflicts and provide guidance to team members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
