Area Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Has profit and loss responsibility for several centers
• Interviews, hires, trains, and supervises quality center managers
• Develops and submits a business plan to a regional vice president
• Includes sales forecasts, expense budgets, capital budgets, general business plans, salary budget, and manpower projections
• Manages assets, inventories, fixed investments, and rolling stock
• Maintains a safe working environment for all employees
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Maintains knowledge of the respiratory market and provides updates on activities of competition and potential acquisitions
• Administers an approved salary budget
• Maintains necessary policies, procedures, and records for accreditation compliance
