Description
Lead Route Supervisors, drivers, and field teams
Manage daily operations, routing, and service delivery
Drive performance in safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Coach employees, hold accountability, and improve team performance
Partner with sales to support growth and retention
Ensure DOT, OSHA, and company compliance standards
Requirements
3+ years leadership experience in operations, logistics, construction, or field service
Experience managing drivers, laborers, or field teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with routing/dispatch systems preferred
Willing to work in the field (ride-alongs, job sites, outdoor environments)
Pay & Benefits
$95,000 – $110,000 base salary
Performance bonus tied to results
Shareholder opportunity after 1 fiscal year in qualifying leadership role
