We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must include only sections with real content. Remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, etc). Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - Shift: ALL Security Clearance: No Clearance (maybe metadata, but we can fold into short p or drop). Probably not needed as heading. - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PURPOSE (Job Description) -> content: description of Area Manager responsibilities. Could be under "About the role" or "Responsibilities". We need to decide headings: Use h3 for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly. We have: Essential Functions and Purpose: description of role. Position Demands (Education/Training): education requirements. Position Demands (Required Experience): experience requirements. Also list of specific requirements: Microsoft Office, driver's license, security clearance, travel, PPE, physical requirements, visual requirements, etc. Working Relationships: reporting, interactions. Principal Responsibilities: bullet list of duties. Accountability: bullet. Standard Equipment Used: list. Unique/Additional Requirements: attendance, travel, citizenship, CAC badge, attendance, punctuality, transit facility, sit/use hands, eye/hand coordination, noise level, familiar with naval-ship-work-environment, go aboard vessels, drydock, climb ladders, work in tanks/confined spaces, wear PPE, dirty/dusty/hot/cold/noisy. Pay Range: $84,240 - $110,565 Annually plus note. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation, holidays, personal day, 401k match, tuition reimbursement. We need to create sections: About the role (maybe from Essential Functions and Purpose). Responsibilities (Principal Responsibilities). Requirements (Education/Training, Required Experience, maybe also Physical Requirements). Qualifications (maybe combine education/experience). Skills (Microsoft Office, etc). Benefits (benefits). Pay (Pay Range). Schedule (maybe shift info? Shift: ALL, able to work nights and weekends, travel). Could include schedule. We must not create sections with placeholder/filler. Must ensure each heading has substantive content. We must not repeat job title. We must not include Job ID etc. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. We'll have:

About the role

... essential functions purpose ...

Responsibilities

  • ... principal responsibilities items ...
  • ... maybe also accountability items? Could combine. But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could split responsibilities and accountability separate? But we have limited headings; we can put both under Responsibilities. Better: Responsibilities includes principal responsibilities and accountability.

    Requirements

    • Education/Training: ...
    • Required Experience: ...
    • Physical Requirements: ...
    • Visual Requirements: ...
    • Ability to gain access to Government facilities and obtain security clearance...
    • Willing to travel nights/weekends...
    • Valid driver's license...
    • Must be U.S. citizen and qualify for CAC or DBIDS badge.
    • Regular reliable attendance on-site.
    • ... etc. But we need to avoid too thin sections; maybe combine into Requirements. Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, computer server environment navigation. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid vacation accrual, seven paid holidays, one personal day per year, 401k 6% match, tuition and training reimbursement. Pay: Pay Range: $84,240 - $110,565 Annually plus note. Schedule: Shift: ALL, able to work nights and weekends during peak workloads or as requested by Senior Management, willing to travel and manage ship repair availabilities in remote, out-of-state locations for extended periods of time. We also have Working Relationships: reports to Director of Programs, maintain outsourcing relationships, notify accounting, interpersonal skills, supervisory responsibility. Could be part of Responsibilities. We need to ensure we don't duplicate. Let's craft HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. We'll produce:
