Area Manager
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. We have content: About us (company description) maybe "About the role"? The job description includes responsibilities (WHAT YOU GET TO DO). Qualifications (MUST HAVE, NICE TO HAVE). Skills (SKILLS CRITICAL FOR SUCCESS). Benefits (WE OFFER includes compensation, work environment, schedule, travel, retirement plan, hardware stipend, PTO, insurance, perks, mileage reimbursement). Pay: compensation $58,900 Fixed Annual Rate. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST with on-call responsibilities. Travel requirement: Approximately 50% travel. So we can have sections: About the role? Could be "About the role" summarizing role overview (Job Description paragraph). Could also have "Responsibilities" (WHAT YOU GET TO DO). "Requirements" maybe combine Qualifications? But they said use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to include.
We have Qualifications (MUST HAVE, NICE TO HAVE). We have Skills (SKILLS CRITICAL FOR SUCCESS). We have Benefits (WE OFFER includes many). We have Pay (Compensation). We have Schedule (Work Schedule). Also we have Travel requirement maybe part of Schedule or separate? Could include under Schedule or Benefits? Probably schedule.
We also have "Work Environment: Onsite in Lafayette and Kokomo". Could be part of Benefits or separate? Not required heading.
We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove duplicated lines.
We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details.
Let's structure:
About the role
Job Description paragraph: The Area Manager oversees multiple residential homes...
Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Team Development: ... etc. We need to break each bullet from "WHAT YOU GET TO DO:" which has subheadings. Could list each as
- with the subheading bold? But we just need to preserve content. Could do
- Program Leadership & Team Development: Supervise, coach, ... etc.
- MUST HAVE: Education: Bachelor’s degree ...
- Experience: 2–3+ years ...
- Program Knowledge: Understanding ...
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office...
- Licensure & Transportation: Valid driver’s license ...

Qualifications
- maybe.
Skills
Benefits
Pay
Compensation: $58,900 Fixed Annual Rate
Schedule
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST with on-call responsibilities as needed to support operational needs and program coverage. Travel Requirement: Approximately 50% travel throughout Lafayette and Kokomo areas.
We also have "Work Environment: Onsite in Lafayette and Kokomo" and "Team Culture: A supportive team culture fostering adaptability, continuous learning and innovation. Focus on work-life balance for a fulfilling and sustainable career." Could be included under Benefits or maybe under About the role? Probably under Benefits as part of benefits. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not include Job ID. Now produce HTML fragment only. Check for any duplicated lines: we must not repeat. Ensure we captured all substantive info. Let's list all info from posting: - A LITTLE ABOUT US: company mission, history, etc. This is substantive. Should we include? Possibly under About the role? Could be a separate section "About the company". But headings list only given examples; we could still use About the role for role overview, but company info maybe not needed? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could include About the role covering both role and company? But the company description is separate from role. However we could include it under About the role as a paragraph about the organization. Might be okay. But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that company description somewhere. Could add aunder About the role before responsibilities? Or a separate section "About the company". Since not in list, but we can still use
for any heading? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those headings. Could we incorporate company description into About the role? The About the role heading could contain both role overview and company info. That would preserve it.
Thus About the role paragraph: combine company description and role overview.
Let's craft:

That preserves both. Now Responsibilities: from WHAT YOU GET TO DO: list each bullet. We'll create
