Position Summary

Join us as an Operations Area Manager where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Field Managers and area teams. You will drive operational efficiencies, enhance team performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will be key in maintaining safety compliance, optimizing logistics, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and maintain operations within your assigned area.
- Achieve financial goals by effectively managing area business operations.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to analyze P&L, optimize margins, and ensure sustainable growth.
- Oversee efficient delivery routing and service schedules, keeping the customer at the core.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across all locations.
- Maintain accurate and timely management reporting.
- Safeguard company and customer equipment and property.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations related to propane handling and distribution.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
- Investigate and report safety incidents or violations.
- Ensure DOT compliance for all drivers.
- Oversee training and evaluations for drivers, technicians, and administrative personnel
