Job Type Full-time Description Overview: The Area Manager will be responsible for operational and financial management. Responsibilities Provide training and development for staff.Minimize cost and labor by reviewing schedules.Ensuring quality and consistency in all processesIdentifying problems and finding solutions to address the areas of concern.Demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental protection on the project.Ensure that projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes and that high-quality standards are maintained.Oversee project reporting that accurately tracks site progress, events, inspections, and other relevant information.Communicate effectively with the Construction Team and other departments at Blue Heron. Requirements Extensive experience with homebuilding and constructionSolid communication, effective with a variety of audiences (employees, clients, trades & management)Multitasking, successfully switch between various tasks with ease.
