Area Manager

About the role

Join our WW Operations network as an Area Manager. Lead a team of hourly workers to maintain high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and to the right location.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
• Work in environments with varying noise levels, temperatures, and weather conditions
• Continuously climb and descend stairs

Requirements

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and holidays

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team of 20+ employees
• Amazon experience preferred

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $90,900.00 annually.
