Work Schedule Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm with extended hours as necessary. The ideal candidate will need to lead, motivate, and deliver on the following items: Zero Today Safety Culture An engage environment that supports a diverse and inclusive culture Zero Cyber Security violations Knowledge in DSM/Residential energy surveys Knowledge on Value Added Products and Service Ability to create strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders Job Overview Leaders in this role strategically manage a large geographical area consisting of non-exempt employees across multiple Customer Service field operations activities. This position’s primary focus is to manage FPL employees in a lean, efficient, economical and safe manner while meeting/exceeding internal and external customer needs. The successful candidate ensures a successful transition to align synergies across multiple field functions while maintaining business continuity. Job Duties & Responsibilities Manages field representatives responsible for multiple Customer Service field operations activitiesManages the process to audit contractors work associated with various field functions and ensures contractor complianceExecutes Demand Side Management (DSM) operational goals for both Residential and Business programsImplements and communicates process improvements and re-design changes to the organizationEnsures on going optimization and utilization of field resourcesDrives a work environment that supports the Zero Today philosophy for injuries and vehicle accidentsPerforms other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications High School Grad / GEDBachelor's or Equivalent ExperienceExperience: 6+ yearsValid Driver's License (NON CDL) Preferred Qualifications Supervisor/Management Experience: 5+ yearsSix Sigma Yellow Belt Certified NextEra Energy offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees and their eligible family members.
