About the role
As the Area HR Manager you will lead HR operations across multiple offices, partner closely with district managers, and support the Area Vice President in delivering custom security solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HR teams and daily operations in assigned areas
- Manage employee relations and resolve escalated issues
- Administer and interpret union contracts
- Lead recruitment initiatives across multiple offices
- Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to the Area Vice President
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred)
- Minimum two years in a multi-office HR leadership role
- Extensive experience recruiting hourly employees
- Proven experience with unionized workforces, including contract administration and negotiations
- Unquestioned integrity and professional ethics
- Strong planning, organization, and decision-making skills
- Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and excellent interpersonal abilities
