About the role
As the Area HR Manager you will lead human resources across multiple offices, partner with district managers, and support the Area Vice President in designing and delivering HR solutions that align with our mission to protect clients’ most important assets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HR teams and operations in assigned areas
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Administer and interpret union contracts
- Lead recruitment initiatives for hourly and salaried roles across offices
- Ensure compliance with state licensing and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum two years in a multi-office HR leadership role
- Extensive experience recruiting hourly employees
- Proven expertise in hourly employee relations and union environments
- Experience negotiating and administering union contracts
- Demonstrated professionalism, ethics, and integrity
- Strong planning, organization, and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated with a track record of taking initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
