About the role
The Area Development Manager (ADM) reports to the Regional Area Development Manager. The ADM is responsible for strategically developing and growing merchandise supply in the territory through the FUNDrive program. They will lead generation to develop relationships with non-profit organizations to meet supply needs. This work will be accomplished by the ADM meeting territory goals, while managing and creating accountability for Market Associate (MA) reports to obtain their specified goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategy that develops the FUNDrive Program in their territory.
- Measure and track weekly and monthly results to access opportunities, adjust behaviors, and maximize success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operations, RSCM teams, and local non-profit organizations.
- Build community connections, drive donations, and build awareness.
- Manage and coach a team toward a strong pipeline of large and small relationships.
- Ensure stores adhere to FUNDrive standards and receive goods for the program.
- Collaborate on the selection of national events and lead the local activation.
- Support the launch of new stores and build community connections.
- Recognize marketing opportunities to drive lead generation.
- Partner with local non-profit partners on the development of referrals to enhance volume by building stronger partnerships.
- Develop and help organize strategies for nonprofit partners to earn revenue leveraging tools provided for them to execute FUNDrives.
- Grow each FUNDrive volume through influence and follow-up during and following each event.
- Collaborate on the selection of national events and lead the local activation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Minimum 5 years Sales and Team Management experience
- Minimum 2-3 years in the regional, multi-unit chain arena
- Proficient in Office 365, CRM, Power BI
- Experience with PP and giving presentations
- Experience with social media
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work within Saver’s culture
