The role involves managing and enhancing the NEOGOV platform to ensure seamless job postings and applicant tracking systems. Responsibilities include optimizing the user interface, improving data security measures, and collaborating with internal teams to integrate new functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the user interface of the NEOGOV platform
• Implement and maintain robust data security protocols
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new functionalities
• Monitor and resolve technical issues related to the platform
• Contribute to regular system updates and enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT management
• Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with database management systems (SQL)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and Django framework
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Technical writing and documentation skills
