About the role
The Area Coordinator plays a central role in managing daily service operations within a growing service area. This position coordinates schedules, resolves operational challenges, and maintains communication among customers, technicians, builders, and internal teams to ensure service commitments are fulfilled efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions through phone calls and email.
- Coordinate service and installation schedules while balancing customer needs, technician availability, geography, and priorities.
- Create and maintain accurate customer profiles, service orders, payments, and job details.
- Prepare quotes and explain products, warranties, maintenance plans, and service options.
- Address service issues, communicate schedule changes, and handle difficult customer conversations professionally.
- Follow up on open jobs, customer concerns, invoices, and outstanding commitments through resolution.
- Build strong relationships with customers, pool builders, technicians, and internal teams.
- Support business-to-business relationships and participate in meetings with prospective customers.

Pay
- Base salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually.
