Discover a more connected career at Pauely Construction as a Coordinator Office, where you'll assist with a variety of duties such as finalizing payroll for field purposes, assisting with As-Builts, doing quality checks on paperwork, and assisting with field operations as directed by the manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage standard office duties such as answering phone calls and returning messages, greeting customers, and performing clerical tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact for corporate and local operations management to ensure all processes are completed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain organized records at the operations office.
  • Aid in new hire and on-boarding procedures and documentation.
  • Avoidance of purchasing orders, interfacing with vendors, handling Cintas orders and inspections, maintaining gas card receipts, handling JHA review and upload processes, ordering and stocking supplies, pulling prints and work orders.
  • May be cross-trained on operations permit process and assist Human Resources with basic new hire and on-boarding processes.
  • Perform other tasks/duties as assigned by corporate and/or local operations.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Pass a background check and company drug screening.
  • Attend and pass all company required training as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience with 811 Ticket.
  • General office experience including filing, data entry, and blue stake experience preferred but not required.
  • Effective communication skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Physical & Safety Requirements

  • Stand, crouch, sit, bend, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms to spaces both high and low.
  • Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions including extreme heat and cold temperatures, inclement weather, and adverse driving conditions.
  • Lift or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required to perform this job including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay

The Coordinator Office hourly wage range is $20.00 - $25.00, depending on experience.
