Discover a more connected career at Pauely Construction as a Coordinator Office. This role assists with a variety of duties including finalizing payroll for field purposes, assisting with As-Builts, conducting quality checks on paperwork, and supporting field operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage standard office duties such as answering phone calls, returning messages, and greeting customers.
  • Absorb clerical tasks to accurately maintain and report items as required by local operations and corporate.
  • Act as a point of contact for corporate and local operations management to ensure all processes are completed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain organized records at the operations office.
  • Aid in new hire and on-boarding procedures and documentation.
  • Avoid purchase orders, interfacing with vendors, handling Cintas orders and inspections, managing gas card receipts, handling JHA reviews and uploads, ordering and stocking supplies, pulling prints and work orders, and assisting with the operations permit process.
  • May assist Human Resources with basic new hire and on-boarding processes.
  • Perform other tasks/duties as assigned by corporate and/or local operations.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
  • Must possess, or obtain upon employment, a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening.
  • Must be able to attend and pass all company required training as needed.

Qualifications

  • 811 Ticket Experience
  • General office experience including filing and data entry
  • Blue stake experience preferred but not required
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with team and maintain a positive attitude
  • Maintain good public relations (interact with the public in a courteous manner)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Possess excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers

Skills

  • Basic ability to use standard office equipment (printer, fax, computer, scanner)
  • Basic ability to manage standard office duties such as answering phone calls and returning messages
  • Basic ability to greet customers

Pay

The Coordinator Office hourly wage range is $20.00 - $25.00, depending on experience.

  • Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions which can include but is not limited to: extreme heat and cold temperatures; inclement weather such as rain, snow, sleet and dust as well as adverse driving conditions including wet roads, icy roads, and fog.
  • May be standing, walking, climbing, balancing, crawling, crouching, lifting, holding or stooping.
  • Occasionally exposed to loud noises.
  • May be required to lift or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
