Responsibilities
- Generates sufficient business to sustain and grow responsible groups
- Provides oversight to construction management to successfully complete projects and satisfy clients
- Manages quality, budget, and schedule of responsible projects
- Achieves the established targets for financial success & utilization, including but not limited to revenue, profitability, and work in progress
- Provides oversight for proper administration of construction project contracts and agreements; manages elements of risk and compliance appropriately
- Engages with all aspects of CM proposals to expand business and backlog
- Participates in project interviews/presentations with potential new and existing clients to win work; maintains a productive relationship with business development and marketing partners
- Develops and leads cohesive area CM teams to achieve division objectives
- Participates in strategic and operational planning for the division
Qualifications
- 12-15 + years progressively responsible CM experience
- BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering; California Professional Engineer (PE) license required; or PE in another state with the ability to obtain CA Licensure within one year
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Project
- Strong knowledge and understanding of contracts, agreements, and the administration of such documents and processes
- Demonstrated understanding of project financials and metrics
- Strong business development skills and successful track record for winning work
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driver’s license

Pay
The offered rate of compensation (California locations only) will be based on individual education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
