About the role

KFC US is seeking an Area Coach in Florida to oversee the operations of 6-8 restaurants, drive sales volume, and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of 6-8 restaurants, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Providing training, coaching, and support to Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, and teams to excel in their roles.
• Motivating and recognizing team members for exceptional customer service.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives for business growth.
• Upholding our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of successful multi-unit management experience in Quick Service Restaurants.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team-building capability.
• Basic business math, accounting skills, and analytical decision-making.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in employee selection, coaching, and development.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $78,500 to $99,500 annually + bonus eligibility. The actual salary will be determined based on location, experience, and other job-related factors.
