What began as an idea between two brothers to open a Mexican restaurant has since grown into one of the largest, privately held Taco Bell franchisees in America. - Consistently demonstrates integrity in actions and expectations.
- Guides Restaurant General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Shift Leaders, and restaurant staff to complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
- Monitors performance of each Team Member and holds them accountable for standards and expectations.
- Ensures a quality customer experience by providing fast and friendly service through your team.
- Maintains point of sale system by reporting failures and verifying download accuracy (e.g., pricing updates, menu changes).
- Ensures health and safety standards are met and adheres to all local, state, and federal laws and guidelines.
- Family & Teamwork:
- Creates unity in the team by building cross-functional relationships.
- Responds to Team Member questions and resolves employee issues in a timely manner.
- Provides restaurants that are safe for team members to work and customers to visit.
- Navigates challenging situations and provides appropriate guidance.
- Motivates and supports the team through active listening and effective communication.
- Handles customer complaints/issues with a sincere approach and desire to find effective solutions.
- Instills a recognition culture that creates a positive work environment.
- Excellence:
- Creates short-term and long-term strategies for restaurant success.
- Delivers profit by utilizing and interpreting the P&L to make appropriate financial adjustments.
- Sources, hires, and develops excellent Team Members.
- Minimizes loss through strict observance of cash handling policies, proper training, and compliance with accounting/banking requirements.
- Demonstrates efficient labor control, inventory control, and waste management.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years of restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
- At least 3 years of experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed; schedule demands may change.
- Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant/Hospitality Management or Business Management is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance; must maintain an acceptable driving record (MVR).
- ServeSafe Certified.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Demands
The physical demands for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay
$70,000 per year - $130,000 per year.
