Area Ambulatory Director

Legion Building Services is seeking an Area Ambulatory Director in Woodbridge, VA.

About the Role

As an Area Ambulatory Director, you will oversee front-line staff running day-to-day operations in the field and conduct nightly end-of-shift inspections. Legion specializes in professional cleaning services for medical office buildings, clinics, and outpatient surgery centers, aiming to provide safety, quality, compliance, and trust as a comprehensive solution to ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee systems and processes to ensure operational objectives are achieved
• Support the Regional Manager in conducting formal rounds with clients
• Provide exceptional customer service, including timely notification of priorities to the Regional Manager and communication with clients as needed
• Assume responsibility for all payroll reporting and updates on employee files
• Schedule staff appropriately within budgeted hours
• Ensure staff receives proper orientation, initial training, and ongoing education
• Discipline associates when necessary according to progressive disciplinary guidelines
• Provide individual guidance and motivation to staff to enable each to perform to their fullest potential
• Schedule and organize various activities such as meetings and travel itineraries
• Demonstrate quality leadership in meeting performance plans
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Flexibility to work some differing shifts
• Strong service/quality attitude
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000–$120,000, depending on skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission if applicable to the position.
