Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, installers, landscapers, and designers to deliver high-quality homes.
• Use artificial intelligence and machine learning to streamline the homebuilding process and build homes 8x faster than other homebuilders.
• Manage the homebuilding process from start to finish using our proprietary software.
• Ensure compliance with insurance and permitting requirements.
• Provide a seamless customer experience throughout the homebuilding process.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to address issues in the construction industry.
• Work remotely and in-home as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, real estate, design, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with construction software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Passion for building better and making a positive impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the construction, real estate, or design industry.
• Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
