Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, installers, landscapers, and designers to deliver high-quality homes.
- Use artificial intelligence and machine learning to streamline the homebuilding process and build homes 8x faster than other homebuilders.
- Manage the homebuilding process from start to finish using our proprietary software.
- Ensure compliance with insurance and permitting requirements.
- Provide a seamless customer experience throughout the homebuilding process.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to address issues in the construction industry.
- Work remotely and in-home as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in construction, real estate, design, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with construction software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Passion for building better and making a positive impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the construction, real estate, or design industry.
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
