About the role
A nationwide commercial architectural firm seeks an amazing candidate to grow with their team. They are looking for a Professional Retail or Restaurant Project Manager with experience in Revit and retail design.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects
- Reliable, completes assignments and meets deadlines with accuracy and completeness
- Fulfills instructions and gives clear directions
- Organized, retains knowledge for future use
- Solicits feedback and improves self and team
- Adapts to various situations, open to new ideas
- Complies with design standards
- Communicates professionally with clients
- Mentors and trains project team members
- Prepares and reviews construction drawings for bid, permit, and client review
- Coordinates revisions and manages submittal packages to permitting agencies
- Manages outside project consultants and vendors
- Monitors client billing and profitability of respective projects
- Manages daily activities for Project Associates and Interns
- Coordinates project updates and communications with the project team
- Schedules staff and project deadlines
- Attends municipal planning and zoning meetings
- Performs/post reviews code analysis documents and ADA compliance
Requirements
- Professional Retail or Restaurant experience
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Architectural licensure preferred
- LEED accreditation preferable
- Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Basic experience with rendering software
- Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, complete assignments accurately and on time, and effectively communicate with clients and team members.
