About the role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and talented Architectural Project Manager to join our retail team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be a driven individual with a passion for architecture and engineering, possessing project management skills in retail projects, Revit, AutoCAD, construction management, project planning, quality control, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing all stages of the architectural project, from initial planning and conceptualization to final execution and completion.
- Utilizing AutoCAD to create detailed architectural designs and plans, ensuring all designs meet the required standards and specifications.
- Overseeing the construction process, ensuring all work is carried out according to plan and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Implementing and maintaining strict quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality.
- Leading and managing a team of architects and engineers, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project objectives are met.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure all project requirements are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Regularly reviewing and updating project plans and schedules to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural project management with retail projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Solid knowledge of construction management and project planning.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain strict quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve project-related issues effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A professional license in Architecture or Engineering is a plus.
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
