We are on the lookout for a dynamic and talented Architectural Project Manager to join our retail team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be a driven individual with a passion for architecture and engineering, possessing project management skills in retail projects, Revit, AutoCAD, construction management, project planning, quality control, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and overseeing all stages of the architectural project, from initial planning and conceptualization to final execution and completion.
  • Utilizing AutoCAD to create detailed architectural designs and plans, ensuring all designs meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Overseeing the construction process, ensuring all work is carried out according to plan and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Implementing and maintaining strict quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Leading and managing a team of architects and engineers, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project objectives are met.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure all project requirements are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Regularly reviewing and updating project plans and schedules to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in architectural project management with retail projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Solid knowledge of construction management and project planning.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain strict quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve project-related issues effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A professional license in Architecture or Engineering is a plus.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
