We are looking for someone who has an enthusiastic attitude, a strong work ethic, a passion for residential design coupled with a strong focus on Customer service! Job Responsibilities Develop site drawings noting house location on lotDevelop construction documents for permitting and startsRevise architectural plans as marked and thoroughly coordinates all sheets that are affected by any changesInteraction with field Team Members for projects under constructionEnsure established deadlines are metFacilitate problem solving with fellow Team Members and City Coordinators Qualifications Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related fieldKnowledge of residential plans and construction drawings preferredProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software requiredMust work well under time constraintsSolid written and verbal communication skillsService oriented mindset with a Team player attitude Additional Information This is an on-site position.
