Pacific Peninsula Architecture is a mid-size residential architecture firm located in downtown Menlo Park, CA. We specialize in high-end custom residential design for clients on the SF Peninsula as well as throughout California.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentation drawings and models.
• Coordinate with internal team members and consultants.
• Participate and contribute to design discussions, idea generation, and design.
• Work closely with team members to complete construction documents by meeting deadlines within expected time and budget constraints.
• Generate revisions and corrections from outline mock-ups and redlined drawings.
• Attend client meetings to observe our process and develop presentation skills.
• Participate in construction site visits to better understand the construction documents process.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including note-taking, email, and phone correspondence.
• Recognize conflicts that arise during construction and offer alternatives to resolve these issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (or equivalent) required.
• 3–5 years of residential architectural experience with construction detailing required.
• Intermediate Revit/CAD knowledge required—using Revit/CAD for a minimum of two years in a professional setting.
• Experience working in Enscape, 3D Studio Max, or SketchUp is a plus.
• Ideal candidate is on the track to Architectural Licensing.

Pay

Annual compensation starting at $78K–$92K base.
