Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of design concepts by creating digital models, visual renderings, and schematic drawings that communicate design ideas effectively.
• Create architectural drawings and construction documents using CAD and BIM software, ensuring compliance with project specifications and company standards.
• Research building codes, zoning regulations, and materials to ensure that designs meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical) to integrate systems and components into architectural designs.
• Support senior architects in coordinating design revisions based on client feedback, regulatory requirements, and project constraints.
• Participate in client and team meetings, presenting design concepts and updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits during the design or construction phase to assist in assessing existing conditions and ensuring that project execution aligns with design intent.
• Absorb and manage project documentation, including maintaining design files, project schedules, and communication logs, to ensure smooth project workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion or other rendering tools.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience with sustainable design practices and tools (e.g., LEED, WELL).
