About the role

The Architectural Designer II plays a crucial role in the design process, collaborating closely with architects and project managers to bring innovative residential designs to life.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and models using Revit and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with architects and project teams to ensure design consistency and meet project goals.
• Contribute to the conceptualization and development of residential projects from initial sketches to final construction documents.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss design concepts and address client concerns.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout the design process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional architectural design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD/CAD, and other relevant design software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for residential design and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience working on residential projects preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
• Understanding of construction processes and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Skills

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD/CAD, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Podium, Blender, and 3DS Max.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
