Arcade Supervisor

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an Arcade Supervisor to help run a high‑volume, fast‑paced entertainment center featuring arcade games, virtual reality, laser tag, and a claw‑town prize area. The role works directly with the Arcade Manager to meet sales goals, manage the retail‑style prize center, analyze game payouts, and train and oversee team members while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of supervisor experience
• Retail or sales experience is a plus
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to analyze reports and proficiency with Excel
• Knowledge of Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros, and Embed software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create an exciting and fun atmosphere to ensure a great experience for guests
• Achieve arcade and attraction sales targets
• Maintain redemption store inventory levels and displays in line with company standards
• Prepare and manage team‑member schedules and assign specific duties
• Assist in recruiting and hiring team members
• Develop and oversee employee training on POS, service protocols, and operational standards across the location
