About the role
Location: All One GI Locations (Not Work from Home Eligible). This position supervises a team of APP professionals. This position should educate, mentor and coach staff in clinical practice. Responsible for providing health care services as delegated by physicians, including assessing and managing patients in the clinic following established standards and practices. The Advanced Practice Provider’s primary responsibility will be to assist the supervising Physician with inpatient hospital consultation, including taking and documenting history and physicals on new consultations, rounding on existing consults, following up on pathology from inpatient procedures and facilitating outpatient follow up of discharged patients. FLSA: Exempt. Supervisory Responsibility: This position has supervisory responsibilities.
