About the role
The Technician oversees, maintains, and repairs arcade machines and bowling machines.
Responsibilities
- Responds to customer complaints of machine malfunction; analyzes the mechanism to find the root of the problem.
- Aid the Facility Manager with the installation, maintenance, and repairs of both mechanical and circuitry issues in the arcade games and/or bowling machines.
- Identify the most common problems with components such as controls and audio systems.
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks.
- Keep a clean and organized workshop.
- Work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime to support business needs.
Requirements
- Must hold a High School Diploma or GED.
- Open availability, especially nights and weekends are preferred.
- 1 hour of time playing non-prize arcade games per week.
- 90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included).
- 1 hour of karaoke/billiards per week.
- 50% discount on food items per working shift.
- Free beverage per working shift.

Education and/or Experience
- Two-year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Physical Demands
- Bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times.
- Use hands and arms to handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Lift and/or move up to 100 lbs with assistance.
