About The Team And Position

As Arbitration Coordinator you will be focused on supporting the arbitration process. The Arbitration Coordinator will join the Inventory team with a focus on supporting logistics communications, coordination of vehicle preparedness and supporting the team lead with any other departmental tasks. An ideal candidate will support our operations by having the following characteristics: situational awareness, ability to work in a fast paced environment, an unrelenting focus on results, and exceptional communication and organization skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure follow-through on all logistics tickets, IC vehicle readiness, Jira tickets, and SMT submissions as well as anything else assigned from the Arbitration Team Lead or Arbitration Manager.
  • Form an understanding of NAAA arbitration policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up to date POCs of internal and external parties.
  • Coincide and communicate with the Logistics and Title teams on all transportation issues as well as reimbursement for cancellations, and missing Titles.

What You Should Know

  • Would love for you to have 1-3 years experience in the automotive industry, claims processing, and/or purchasing and returns.
  • Excellent organization skills, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability learn as you go.
  • Ability to interact with internal & external customers, co-workers, and vendors professionally and confidently.
