AR Quarterback, IAG1 - AR

About the role

The Amazon Operations Team is seeking AR Quarterbacks with a proven track record of achieving results to support operations leaders and associates in fulfilling strong operational goals within fulfillment centers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate instructions to other associates and motivate them
• Maintain a safe work environment by wearing a reflective vest and recognizing safety practices
• Work in a variety of environments, including secure mezzanines and powered equipment
• Lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Pay

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling is required, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
