Responsibilities

• Lead and manage credit and AR operations, including team oversight
• Establish and enforce credit policies, procedures, and risk controls
• Drive collections strategy to reduce aging and improve cash flow
• Review customer creditworthiness and approve credit limits
• Oversee account reconciliations, dispute resolution, and deduction management
• Partner with internal teams to support order processing and account health
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices

Qualifications

• Proven Credit Management leadership experience
• Strong background in Accounts Receivable operations
• Demonstrated team leadership and staff development
• Experience owning credit policies and process improvements
• Ability to develop and execute collections strategies
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or similar environments preferred

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
