AR / Billing Specialist

Job Description

Process contract and recurring customer billing activities
Set up billing for new installations, upgrades, and service changes
Apply customer payments including ACH, wire, checks, and credit cards
Process credit memos, account adjustments, and cancellations
Reconcile billing discrepancies and research customer inquiries
Support cash posting and backup AR functions as needed

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of billing and/or AR experience preferred
• Strong understanding of contract-based billing required
• Experience in service-based industries preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• ERP systems experience required; NetSuite experience a plus
