About the role
As an AR/Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and billing processes.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment collection
- Resolve customer inquiries related to billing and payments
- Monitor account balances and take corrective action as needed
- Prepare reports on billing activity and financial performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
