AR / Billing Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full AR and billing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
• Set up and maintain customer contracts, including pricing and terms
• Handle B2B collections, following up on past-due accounts professionally
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Partner with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and contract alignment
• Monitor aging reports and recommend strategies to improve cash flow

What You Bring

• Experience in accounts receivable and billing within a B2B environment
• Background in collections and customer account management
• Familiarity with contract setup or contract-based billing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
