Summary The AR Accounting position plays a key role in the company generating sales orders and sales invoices, posting cash receipts, supporting the collections process, assisting with month-end close and account reconciliations, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day operations of the accounting department. You'll spend your days on the following Compile and review billing informationCreate and review sales ordersMonitor project invoicing cycleCreate invoicesPost cash receiptsClient collectionsAR account and deposit reconciliationsRespond to customer and internal inquiries. Research billing and customer payment discrepanciesGenerate accounting statements and reportsAssist in month-end and annual closeGeneral ledger review and reconciliationsOther duties/projects as assignedFoster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.Embrace Augeo's CORE values - Collaborative, Objective, Responsive and Earnest in all areas What You Need To Be Successful In This Role Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and TeamsExperience with accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plusDependable and ability to maintain professional demeanor at all timesMaintain professional relationships with all levels of managementAbility to communicate effectively both written and oralHighly organized and detail-orientedAssociates Degree in Accounting (or relevant field of study) or equivalent in private sector accounting orBookkeeping experience2-4 years related work experience Work Authorization Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment.
